Absolutely! Whispers in the Garden follows Emily Carter as she returns to her childhood home after her grandmother’s passing. While restoring the old house, she discovers letters hidden in the garden shed that reveal long-buried truths about her family — and about the boy she left behind years ago. It’s really a story about healing and rediscovering love when you least expect it.

L.M. Hart:
I’ve always been fascinated by how places hold memories. The idea of an old family home — and the secrets tucked inside it — felt like the perfect backdrop for a romance rooted in history and emotion.
Q: What do you hope readers take away from this book?
L.M. Hart:
That it’s never too late for forgiveness. And that sometimes going home is exactly what we need to move forward.
Q: What’s your writing process like?
L.M. Hart:
I’m definitely a morning writer. I outline loosely, but I leave space for the characters to surprise me. The emotional arcs are always the most important part for me.
